7.1. Sapphire Events is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages incurred by attendees or participants at any of our events, including but not limited to The Gluten Free Food Festival, A Gluten Free Night Out, Matamata Summer Festival, and Auckland Biannual Ceilidhs. All vendors participating in our events are independently owned and operated, and are responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage, food safety standards, and adherence to local health regulations. Attendees are advised to exercise caution and make informed decisions when consuming food and beverages. Participation in the event is at your own risk. By attending, you agree to hold the Sapphire Events Ltd harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation.

7. Law and jurisdiction
7.1. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
